We are back in our service since 15th June and serving patient from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. We will soon resume our original timings of 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. As in times of COVID-19, you may have difficulty in getting your dental treatment done, we are back with our commitment to provide you with excellent treatment, taking care of all the safety measures to keep infection at bay.
SAFETY MEASURES FOR PATIENTS
- To avoid crowding and to avoid mismanagement, all appointments at our clinic are pre-booked.
- At the doorstep, our receptionist gives storage bags to the patient to keep their belongings, to minimize the risk of contamination.
- The patient is then checked for temperature and oxygen saturation level using thermometer and pulse oximeter respectively.
- Every patient is given a new set of gloves, shoe cover, mask, and head cap once they enter the clinic.
- The patient is given a COVID-19 form to fill up at every visit.
- We use disposable drapes for every new patient.
SAFETY MEASURES FOR DOCTORS/ STAFF
- As for patients, we also check the temperature and oxygen saturation of every staff at our clinic, daily.
- Once after entering the clinic premises, our staff is supposed to wear their scrubs and head cap compulsorily. We have kept our staff section, which includes a bathroom and a room, secluded in our clinic.
- Every staff member has been provided with their own set of scrub, surgical gown, PPE kits, and face shield.
- For any general procedure such as consultation, the staff is supposed to be in their scrubs and surgical gowns. For any procedures that include the use of aerosols such as root canal treatment or surgery, the staff is supposed to put on their PPE kits.
- We have made it compulsory to wear head caps and masks even when our staff is idle.
OTHER PRECAUTIONS AT WORLD CLASS DENTAL CLINIC
- Our clinic has 6 rooms and 2 bathrooms, all of which are well ventilated with wall mounted fans placed opposite to the direction of the doors. We have switched off our air conditioners to minimize the chances of the spread of infection.
- All our instruments are sterilized daily and are seal packed in individual sterilization pouches.
- At the same time, we get our clinic cleaned and fumigated daily.
